Vikram Chawla, Founder

Vikram is a Danish national with over 35 years in global travel — the kind of career that starts on the ground and never leaves it. He began as a travel consultant in the late 1980s (New Airways Travels, Jetways Travels, Incentive Travels), booking flights, hotels and rental cars for international and domestic itineraries, and holds international fare training certifications from KLM (Amsterdam), Swiss International (New Delhi), and Lufthansa (Munich).

From 1996 to 2012, he was Global Travel Manager at Bestsellers A/S, one of Denmark's largest fashion groups — running corporate travel operations, vendor and GDS systems, budgets and reporting across the company's international footprint for sixteen years. Since 2012, he has run Denin Group, working with independent Danish boutique hotels (including Hotel Alexandra, Hotel Ascot, and Hotel Christian IV) on sales and marketing strategy across India and Europe.

NomadPilot draws directly on that experience: three and a half decades of what actually breaks in travel — fares, vendors, corporate travel policy, client relationships — built by someone who has sat on every side of the booking desk.
