Property
Andorra — Property: Foreign Ownership
The authorisation Andorra requires for foreign real-estate investment, per the Govern d'Andorra application form (version dated 19 October 2017). The Govern has also announced a progressive tax of 3% to 10% on foreign real-estate investment (a draft law, per its news page), so check the current rules before buying.
