Key facts

  • Access to your Tiresias data and score is free of charge and can be requested whenever you wish.
  • Request by email with the right-of-access form (signature certified by a public authority or submitted via e-dilosi), by post or in person by appointment at Alamanas 1, Marousi; in person, bring ID or passport and your TIN.
  • The score is generated from DFO (bounced cheque), MPS and CCS data with statistical models and changes as that data changes; repayment delays, DFO entries and timely payments are factors.
  • Retention is set by Law 3259/2004: paid bounced cheques are kept two years from issuance if no other entries are outstanding; unpaid ones are deleted ten years after issuance.
  • Credit consolidation (CCS) data is kept five years after the credit institution last updated it, even after a loan or card is fully repaid.
