Key facts

  • Access to your own CR data is free; heirs, guardians and authorised delegates can also request it.
  • Online: since 13 April 2026 the Servizi online portal is the only online channel, using SPID, CNS or CIE, or a request with a copy of valid ID if you have none.
  • On paper: send the downloadable form with an ID copy by mail or deliver it in person to a Bank of Italy branch.
  • The Bank generally replies within 30 days of receiving the request.
  • The data is confidential and covered by official secrecy; false statements in a request are reported to the authorities and access can be suspended (two years for a first offence, then permanently).
