Mexico has no net wealth or net worth tax on individuals. This was confirmed unchanged by the 2026 tax reform package (approved by the Senate on 29 October 2025, gazetted 7 November 2025), which focused instead on modernizing digital-services taxation and foreign-income treatment, without introducing any wealth tax.
