If you purchased a refundable fare, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund subject to the airline's fare conditions. The refund amount will be the ticket price minus any applicable cancellation fees set by the airline.
Most economy fares sold through NomadPilot are non-refundable. If your fare is non-refundable, you will not receive a refund of the ticket price if you cancel. In some cases you may be eligible for a travel credit or fee waiver directly from the airline.
Fare conditions are displayed on the offer review screen before you complete your booking. You can also view them in your booking confirmation email and in My Trips on the Platform.
NomadPilot charges a service fee on each booking to cover platform operations, 24/7 disruption monitoring, and AI-powered trip support. This fee is shown transparently at checkout before you pay.
The NomadPilot service fee is non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, except in the following circumstances:

NomadPilot will contact you via email if we become aware of a cancellation affecting your booking. You can also check the status of your booking in My Trips or contact the airline directly using your booking reference.
In the event of significant delays or schedule changes, your rights depend on the airline's policy and applicable aviation regulations in the country of departure. NomadPilot is not responsible for compensation arising from flight disruptions — claims should be made directly to the airline.
Our disruption monitoring feature will proactively notify you of known delays or schedule changes affecting your booking where this data is available to us.
If you wish to change your travel dates or passenger details, this depends on the fare conditions of your ticket. Change fees, if any, are set by the airline and not NomadPilot. Contact us at support@nomadpilot.app and we will assist where possible.
NomadPilot is currently in early access (beta). During this period, our booking and support processes are being actively developed. If you experience any issues with a booking, please reach out to us directly and we will do our best to resolve the situation promptly and fairly.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law. In particular, EU and UK consumers retain rights under EC Regulation 261/2004 and UK Regulation 261/2004 respectively regarding flight cancellations, delays, and denied boarding.
